Banca Sistema informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, nella sua seduta del 21 luglio 2023, ha approvato, previo parere favorevole del Comitato per il Controllo Interno e Gestione dei Rischi e Comitato Sostenibilità, la "Delibera Quadro relativa ad operazioni aventi ad oggetto prodotti e servizi forniti da Banca Sistema nell'ambito delle proprie attività tipiche e ordinarie".
