Banca Sistema informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, nella sua seduta del 22 luglio 2022, ha approvato, previo parere favorevole del Comitato per il Controllo Interno e Gestione dei Rischi, la "Delibera Quadro relativa ad operazioni aventi ad oggetto prodotti e servizi forniti da Banca Sistema nell'ambito delle proprie attività tipiche e ordinarie".
