With reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, called for 24 April 2024, we inform you that the following documents are available at the Company's registered office, on Banca Sistema's website www.bancasistema.it (Section Investors/ Governance/ Shareholders' Meeting/ 2024/ 24 April 2024) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism :

• − Reports of the Board of Directors on the following items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting:
