COMUNICATO STAMPA
S&P GLOBAL RATINGS MIGLIORA L'OUTLOOK DI BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO DA "STABILE" A "POSITIVO"
CONFERMATO IL RATING DI LUNGO TERMINE "BBB-"
Si comunica che in data odierna l'agenzia S&P Global Ratings ha migliorato l'outlook di Banca Popolare di Sondrio ("BPS" o la "Banca") da "stabile" a "positivo", confermando al contempo i rating in essere.
La decisione dell'agenzia fa seguito all'annuncio del 6 febbraio u.s. di BPER BANCA S.P.A. di promuovere un'offerta di scambio volontaria sulla totalità delle azioni di BPS.
Di seguito, il dettaglio dei rating a lungo e breve termine attualmente assegnati da S&P Global Ratings alla Banca:
- Long-term counterparty credit rating: "BBB-"
- Short-Term counterparty credit rating: "A-3"

S&P GLOBAL RATINGS IMPROVES OUTLOOK FOR BANCA POPOLARE DI SONDRIO FROM 'STABLE' TO 'POSITIVE'.
LONG-TERM RATING 'BBB-' CONFIRMED
Notice is hereby given that today the agency S&P Global Ratings has improved the outlook of Banca Popolare di Sondrio ("BPS" or the "Bank") from "stable" to "positive", while confirming the existing ratings.
The agency's decision follows BPER BANCA S.P.A.'s announcement on 6 February 2025 to launch a voluntary public exchange offer for all the shares of BPS.
Below are details of the long-term and short-term ratings currently assigned by S&P Global Ratings to the Bank:
- Long-term counterparty credit rating: 'BBB-'.
- Short-Term counterparty credit rating: 'A-3'.
