INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROXY SOLICITATION PROMOTED BY THE BANK FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 15 APRIL 2026

Siena, 14 April 2026 – Further to the information contained in the prospectus relating to the proxy solicitation published by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the “Bank”) on 27 March 2026, it is hereby specified that, pursuant to Article 138, paragraph 7, of the CONSOB Regulation (Issuers’ Regulation) any voting proxies that may have been granted may be revoked, using the same procedures adopted for their grant, until 8:00 p.m. today.
