Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Banc of California, Inc. (the “Company”) will be participating at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Community Bank Investor Conference in New York, New York on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. The Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Doug Bowers is scheduled to present at approximately 9:00 a.m. ET. A copy of the presentation materials containing information that may be provided to persons attending the Conference was included as Exhibit 99.2 to the Current Report on Form 8-K furnished by the Company on July 26, 2017 and a live audio webcast of the presentation will be available via the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.bancofcal.com/investor . A replay of the presentation will be accessible for 90 days after the presentation date.
