Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 20, 2016, Banc of California, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has expanded its revolving line of credit through Wells Fargo Bank from $25 million to $75 million. The new line of credit will mature on April 18, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
