Sub: Closure of Trading Window

In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01 /2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and Pursuant to the Clause 4 of Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("PIT Regulations") (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2021 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021.

The date of proposed Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
