Reference is made to previous announcements from Baltic Sea Properties AS (the “Company”) in respect of the ongoing rights issue of minimum 800,000 and maximum 1,600,000 new shares in the Company (the “Rights Issue”), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10, at a subscription price of NOK 30 per share.

The subscription period for the Rights Issue ends today Wednesday 23 January 2019 at 16:30 (CET).

Subscription rights that are not utilized within the end of the subscription period will lapse automatically and hold no value.
