The Board of Directors in Baltic Sea Properties AS ("BALT" or "the Company", and together with the Company's subsidiaries, "BSP") has approved the Company’s annual report for 2022.

Attached is the Annual Report 2022, including the audited annual report and financial statements, as well as the auditor's report.

The annual report 2022 marks a milestone for the company as it’s the first report under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The new reporting standard gives our investors and the market an improved insight of the company´s financial performance and its comparability with market peers.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on 3 May 2023, cf. The company's financial calendar. Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be published in a separate announcement.
