Transaction completed - Acquisition of retail space

As previously communicated in message published on the 29.11.2019, the company signed a letter of intent this fall, for the acquisition of a retail space (3.200 sqm) in Silute, south of the harbour town of Klaipeda, Lithuania. The transaction has now been completed at a price of MEUR 3,25 (yield 8,2 %). The property is leased to Maxima on a bare house contract, with a remaining lease period of 13 years according to this contract.

Maxima is the Baltics' largest grocery chain, and BSP’s board of directors is very pleased with strengthening the portfolio with another property leased to one of the best tenants of the region.
