Resolution to distribute dividend

The Board of Directors of Baltic Sea Properties AS (the “Company”) has resolved to distribute dividend of NOK 1 per share in the Company pursuant to a board authorization to distribute dividend on the basis of the Company’s financial accounts for the financial year 2017, granted by the Company’s annual general meeting on 30 May 2018.

The shares will be traded ex-dividend from and including 25 January 2019. New shares issued in connection with the rights issue announced by the Company earlier today on 7 January 2019 will give right to dividend pursuant to the resolution announced herein.

The Board`s resolution to distribute dividend is subject to and conditioned upon the Company completing the rights issue with minimum gross proceeds of NOK 24 million. Subject to this condition being fulfilled, distribution of dividend to the shareholders will be made no later than on 15 February 2019.
