Oslo, 6th March 2023. Eiendomskapital Norge V AS (Buyer) - a company where board member and primary insider in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT), Bjørn Bjøro, is Chairman of the board - has on the 6th of March 2023 in an internal transaction acquired 27,264 shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) at a price per share of NOK 60.00. The shares were acquired from Eiendomskapital Buskerud AS (Seller) – a company where Bjøro is board member and managing director.

Upon completion of the transaction, Eiendomskapital Norge V AS owns 143,060 shares (equal to 2,14 %) in Baltic Sea Properties AS, while Eiendomskapital Buskerud AS no longer owns shares in the company.
