Oslo, 30th October 2024 – Baltic Sea Properties AS ("BALT" or "the Company") hereby announces that Mr. John Afseth has informed the Company of his decision to step down from his role as a member of the Board of Directors.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Afseth for his dedication and valuable contributions during his time on the Board.
In accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the Board will continue to operate with a functional and compliant composition, and no changes to the current Board structure are planned until the next general meeting.
