The Company announces that it has been notified that Rebecca Williams, Person Closely Associated with Non-Executive Director of the Company, Ed Williams, has bought 222,326 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 December 2025.

Following the transaction, Ed Williams, together with his Persons Closely Associated, holds 3,053,744 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.63% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transaction are below.
