Notice of final dividend GBP rate
On 29 June 2023 the Company released an announcement recommending final dividend of € 1.7 cents per share for 2023. This recommendation was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 September 2023.
The Company's shareholders will receive their dividend in EUR, unless they have made an election to receive their dividend in GBP. The deadline for the currency election in respect of this final dividend payment was 22 September 2023.
This announcement confirms that the GBP rate applicable for the final dividend for shareholders who made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who therefore will receive their dividend in GBP is:

| € 1.7 cents per share | EUR 1 = GBP 0.8667 | 1.4734 pence per share |
The dividend will be paid on 13 October 2023 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 8 September 2023.
