Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their PCAs
The Company announces that it has been notified that, on 8 April 2025, Trevor Mather, Chair of the Company, and Suzanne Mather, a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather, together transferred 627,706 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to each of their three children (1,883,118 Ordinary Shares in total) for nil consideration. None of the three children is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather.
Following these transactions, Trevor Mather, together with his Persons Closely Associated, holds 3,198,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.66% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transactions are below.
