Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that Ed Williams, Non-Executive Director, jointly with Joanna Barkwill, a Person Closely Associated with Ed Williams, has transferred 750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to each of their four children (3,000,000 Ordinary Shares in total) for nil consideration, one of whom (Rebecca Williams) is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Ed Williams.
Following the transaction, Ed Williams, together with his Persons Closely Associated, holds 2,831,418 ordinary shares, representing 0.59% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transaction are below.
