Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that Simonas Orkinas (Chief Operating Officer), Lina Ma čienė (Chief Financial Officer) and Artūras Mizeras (PDMR/Development Director) has sold 1,000,000, 700,000, and 300,000 ordinary shares, respectfully in the period of 3 to 5 February 2025.
Following these transactions, Simonas Orkinas, Lina Ma čienė and Artūras Mizeras respectively hold 1,760,436 ordinary shares, 1,396,390 ordinary shares and 1,144,365 ordinary shares, representing 0.36%, 0.29% and 0.24% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
