Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company announces that Justinas Šimkus, CEO, has sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares on 13 December 2023.
The Company also announces that Trevor Mather, Chairman, has purchased 467,000 ordinary shares on 13 December 2023.
Following these transactions, Justinas Šimkus and Trevor Mather respectively hold 16,000,000 ordinary shares and 5,081,418 ordinary shares, representing 3.25% and 1.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transactions are below.
Commenting on the transaction, Justinas Šimkus said: "I have made the decision to sell my shares in the Company purely for reasons of diversification. The vast majority of my wealth is tied up in the Company's shares. I have also made a commitment to not sell any more shares for at least 12 months".
