Notification of changes in director's role
Baltic Classifieds Group PLC, (LSE: BCG), the leading online classifieds group in the Baltics, announces that Tom Hall, an existing Non-Executive Director of the Company and Nomination Committee member, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees, effective immediately.
In his new role, Tom will work alongside other committee members to oversee the Company's executive remuneration practices and financial reporting and audit processes. All members of the Remuneration and Audit Committees are considered to be independent.
