Ballymore Resources Limited (‘BMR’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 1 September 2021.
Official quotation of BMR’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11.00 AM (AEST) on Friday, 3 September 2021.
BMR raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 23 July 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
