Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") announces that the conditional awards made pursuant to the rules of the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Existing Awards") on 31 March 2021 vested on 31 March 2024. Further to the Existing Awards, dividend equivalents have been awarded over the lifetime of the Existing Awards in the form of further conditional awards over Ordinary Shares (the "Further Awards"). The total vesting amounts set out below consist of the Existing Awards and the Further Awards.
