New number of shares in Balco Group AB

In October, the number of shares and voting rights in respect of Balco Group AB has changed due to the redemption of all preference shares, alterations to the articles of association and issue of new shares (directed debt to equity swap of new shares) in conjunction with the initial public offering of Balco's on Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange.

The number of shares and votes in Balco Group AB has increased by 10,139,984 shares in total. Following the increase, the total number of shares and votes in Balco is 21,428,773 shares and votes. Following the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 128,577,684.7.
