Dana E. Putnam, Ph.D., Vice President and General Manager, Animal Nutrition and Health, notified Balchem Corporation (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company, effective June 30, 2013 to pursue other endeavors. The Company thanks Dr. Putnam for his services.
