We wish to inform you that 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 03:00 p.m. 1ST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OA VM) as per the relevant Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") and Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI").

Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, August 25,2021 to Tuesday, August 31,2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
