Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Members are provided with the facility to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on resolutions proposed to be passed at the AGM. Members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date i.e.Tuesday, August 24, 2021 can cast their votes through electronic voting system (remote e-voting) facility provided by NSDL.

The facility for voting through electronic voting system will also be available at the time of AGM and the shareholders attending the AGM who have not caste votes through remote e-voting, will be able to cast their votes at the time of AGM. : कळव डोंगराव भागात घरांवर त्यापूर्वी रहिवासी घराबाहेर पडल्याने मोठी दुर्घटना टळली. परिसरातील २० कुटुंबांना ठाणे महापालिकेच्या शाळेमध्ये हलविण्यात आले. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच घोलाईनगर येथे अशाचप्रकारे दरड कोसळून एकाच कुटुंबातील पाच जणांचा मृत्यू झाला होता. इंदिरानगर परिसरात माँ काली चाळ आहे. या चाळीतील घरांवर शनिवारी रात्री ११.३० च्या सुमारास माती आणि दगड पडण्यास सुरवात झाली. रहिवाशांनी तात्काळ घरे रिकामी करून पळ काढला. त्यानंतर सहा घरांवर दरड येथील कोसळली. रहिवाशांनी घरे सोडल्याने मोठी दुर्घटना टळली. येथील रहिवाशांना ठाणे महापालिकेच्या शाळेत हलविण्यात आले आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वीच याच भागातील घोलाईनगर येथे एका घरावर दरड कोसळून पाच जणांचा मृत्यू झाला होता.
