With the reference to captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Mr. Pardeepsingh Rameshsingh Watwani, has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company's material subsidiary, viz. Balaji Speciality Chemicals Limited for his personal career growth with effect from 15th May, 2026 and will be relieved from his responsibilities with effect from closing of business hours on 15th May, 2026. A copy of his resignation letter along with acceptance by the Company is enclosed.
