BAKKAFROST: Purchase of treasury shares for the Share Savings plan

Reference is made to the announcement made on 3 January 2020 regarding

Bakkafrost's allocation of free shares to employees participating in

Bakkafrost's Share Savings Plan 2017.

On 3 January 2020 Bakkafrost has purchased 9,500 Bakkafrost shares to be used as

treasury shares for the Share Savings Plan for employees and to settle the

allocation of free shares following the conclusion of the Share Savings Plan for

2017. The shares were purchased in the market at a price of NOK 668,50 per

share.

After the share purchase and settlement Bakkafrost holds 1,491 treasury shares.
