Other information (optional): The contemplated subsequent offering is

conditional on an extraordinary general meeting called for on 18 October 2019

authorising the board of directors to increase the share capital with a number

of new shares sufficient to complete the offering and the approval of a

prospectus for the offering by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the board of directors may, in its sole

discretion, at any time decide that the Company shall not proceed with the

offering.
