BAKKAFROST: Payment of dividend in NOK on 26 April 2019

Bakkafrost's Annual General Meeting resolved on 5 April 2019 a dividend of DKK

8.25 per share to be paid to Bakkafrost's shareholders.

The currency rate NOK/DKK used in the cash dividend is 77.465334. The dividend

payment on 26 April 2018 will be NOK 10.649925 per share.
