BAKKAFROST: Payment of dividend in NOK on 30 April 2018

Bakkafrost's Annual General Meeting resolved on 13 April 2018 a dividend of DKK

10.50 per share to be paid to Bakkafrost's shareholders.

The currency rate NOK/DKK used in the cash dividend is 77.68197. The dividend

payment on 30 April 2018 will be NOK 13.5167 per share.
