BAKKAFROST: Payment of dividend in NOK on 21 April 2017

Bakkafrost's Annual General Meeting resolved on 7 April 2017 a dividend of DKK

8.70 per share to be paid to Bakkafrost's shareholders.

The currency rate NOK/DKK used in the cash dividend is 81.3471. The dividend

payment on 21 April 2017 will be NOK 10.6949 per share.
