BAKKAFROST: Payment of dividend in NOK on 25 April 2016

Bakkafrost's Annual General Meeting resolved on 8 April 2016 a dividend of DKK

8.25 per share to be paid to Bakkafrost's shareholders.

The currency rate NOK/DKK used in the cash dividend is 79.5672. The dividend

payment on 25 April 2016 will be NOK 10.3686 per share.
