Disclosure of shareholding in P/F Bakkafrost

TF-Íløgur has today, 24 July 2014, sold 600,000 shares

in Bakkafrost P/F at a price of NOK 116.50 per share.

As a consequence of the transaction TF-Íløgur´s

ownership in Bakkafrost P/F has passed the threshold

of 5 percent of outstanding shares. TF-Íløgur´s

shareholding in Bakkafrost P/F after this transaction

is 1,854,264 shares corresponding to an ownership of

3.795% of outstanding shares. TF-íløgur is a subsidary

company of TF-Holding. TF-Holdings inddirect

shareholding in Bakkafrost P/F after this transaction

is 1,886,557 shares corresponding to an ownership of

3,86% of outstanding shares.
