BAKKAFROST: CFO resigns

Bakkafrost's CFO, Gunnar Nielsen, has notified the Company that he resigns from

his position. Mr. Nielsen has been with Bakkafrost since late 2014.

Bakkafrost has with regret accepted Nielsen's decision and will promptly start

the process of recruiting his replacement. Bakkafrost has agreed with Mr.

Nielsen that he will stay with the Company and provide assistance to the Company

until a new CFO is hired, to ensure a smoothly transition.
