Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with sub-paragraphs 7 and 7C of Paragraph A, Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, and in accordance with the Company's Policy on the Determination of Materiality for the Disclosure of Events or Information, we hereby inform you that Mr. Pradeep Kumar MV, Joint President & Head Centre of Excellence, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company, to be effective from the close of business hours on May 15,2025, due to personal reasons.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in Annexure-A.

The letter of resignation received from Mr. Pradeep Kumar MV is enclosed as Annexure-B.
