Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Sanjay Bhagat, Chief Executive Officer of the Company vide his letter dated March 6, 2024, tendered his resignation with effect from close of working hours on March 31[st] , 2024, due to his personal commitments.

Further, information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations (read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023) is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure‐A’ .

Pursuant to Clause 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (L ODR) Regulations, 2015, resignation letter received from Mr. Sanjay Bhagat is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure‐B’ .
