Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), and in accordance with the Company's Policy on the Determination of Materiality for the Disclosure of Events or Information, we wish to inform you that Mr. Akash Sharma is appointed as the Business Head – SCM & Manufacturing, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, effective from the June 04, 2024.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are given in Annexure-A.
