Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) , a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Electricals Limited (the “Company” ) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from July 1, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are made public on August 11, 2021.
