Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (“ SEBI PIT Regulations ”) and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (“ Code ”) of Bajaj Electricals Limited ( “Company” ), we hereby inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from July 1, 2021, for the Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and for the Connected Persons of the Company. The same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021.
