Note :
1 *	"Anant Bajaj, who was a promoter and/or was a person belonging to the promoter group of theCompany died on 10th August 2018. The Late Anant Bajaj held 55,30,667 equity shares in BajajElectricals Ltd.("the Company"), constituting 4.86 % of the paid up equity share capital of theCompany. In accordance with Regulation 31A(6)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations, 2015.The aforesaid Equity Shares have been fully transferred to SmtPooja Bajaj, the Administrator of his Estate, to his legal heirs namely, Smt Kiran Bajaj, Smt PoojaBajaj and Vanraj Bajaj pursuant to the (a) Order dated 16th January, 2020 read with the modifiedOrder dated 30th January, 2020 in I.A. No 1 of 2020 in petition No 2972 of 2018 and (b) Letters ofAministration dated 21st October, 2020 granted by the Bombay High Court.
2 #	Master Vanraj Bajaj has inherited 18,43,556 equity shares of the Company on 3rd July, 2020, fromthe estate of his deceased father, Late Anant Bajaj, pursuant to the Order dated 16th January, 2020of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court read with the modified Order dated 30th January, 2020 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 Petition No. 2972 of 2018.
3 *	Pursuant to the Letters of Aministration dated 21st October, 2020 granted by the Bombay HighCourt.36,87,111 equity shares held by late Anant Bajaj have been transferred on 28th October,2020 in equal proportion to Smt. Pooja Bajaj and Smt. Kiran Bajaj.
