Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”), read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (“Rules”), the Company has published notice in the newspapers intimating the equity shareholders who have not claimed dividend for a period of seven (7) consecutive years and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF Suspense Account, asking the concerned to take appropriate action on or before August 30, 2021.
The e-copy of the notice published in ‘Free Press Journal’ (English language newspaper) and ‘Navshakti’ (local language Marathi newspaper) on May 11, 2021, is enclosed herewith for your reference.
