Sub.: Intimation of Change in the Key Managerial Personnel of Bajaj Electricals Limited (“Company”)

In continuation to our letter dated November 5, 2020 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“ SEBI Listing Regulations ”), and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, has:

  1. taken on record the retirement of Shri Anant Purandare, President & Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2021, upon his attaining the age of superannuation; and

  2. considered and approved the appointment of Shri EC Prasad, the existing Vice President – Finance and Finance Controller of the Company, as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the start of business hours on July 1, 2021.

Further, the details/disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 (“ SEBI Circular ”), is enclosed herewith as Annexure .
