Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ( “SEBI Listing Regulations” ), a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bajaj Electricals Limited (the “Company” ) is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.

Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from October 1, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are made public on November 12, 2021.
