Re.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI Listing Regulations") at Bajaj Electricals Limited ("Company") | Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the intimation/disclosure submitted by the Company on May 11, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that an inadvertent error / typographical mistake was noticed in the said filing.

Accordingly, the following correction may kindly be noted:

Existing statement: "This is to inform that Ms. Ashween Anand, will be joining the organisation as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate and as senior management personnel of the Company, with effect from May 14, 2026, and she will be appointed as CFO in the ensuing Board Meeting."

Revised statement: "This is to inform that Ms. Ashween Anand, will be joining the organisation as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate and as senior management personnel of the Company, with effect from May 14, 2026, and, subject to the approval of the Board, she will be appointed as CFO in the ensuing Board Meeting."

Except for the above correction, all other contents of the aforesaid intimation/disclosure remain unchanged.
