Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with sub-paragraphs 7 of Paragraph A of Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Company’s Policy on Determination of Materiality for Disclosure of Events or Information, we wish to inform you that Mr. Rahul Pundir will be joining the organisation as Chief Supply Chain Officer of the Company w.e.f. March 2, 2026 and he will be appointed/designated as Senior Management Personnel in the next Board Meeting.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/l/3762/2026 (last updated on January 30, 2026), are enclosed as Annexure-A.

He is also known for building high-performance organisations, embedding operational excellence, and creating resilient business models aligned with sustainability and ESG priorities. His most recent position was Executive Officer, Product Supply & Sustainability Leader (AMA) at P&G Japan. During his tenure at P&G, Rahul has transformed logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing through bold network redesign, digital enablement, and world-class execution. He has delivered step-change impact—$250M in cost-to-serve value, significant margin expansion, and major capital and supply chain savings—while scaling manufacturing capacity 5x and elevating plants to global benchmarks. He has modernised logistics with mega-DC builds, stronger 3PL ecosystems, and customer-integrated planning that covers majority of the business. Across Asia, MEA, India, and Japan, he has built leaner, faster, and more resilient supply chains. His ability to simplify complex operations, mobilize high-performing teams, and embed sustainability and ESG makes him a powerful catalyst for our next phase of growth. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rahul is a committed continuous learner. He holds an MBA from IIM Mumbai (erstwhile NITIE), and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has further strengthened his expertise through a PG Certification in Digital Manufacturing & Smart Factories from IISc Bangalore and the Senior Executive Development Program at the University of Tennessee, USA. |
