Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 24A and 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today, i.e., May 12, 2025, inter alia, approved the appointment of Messrs Makarand M. Joshi & Co., Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm registration number: P2009MH007000; Peer Review Certificate number: 6290/2024), as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company to hold office for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 86th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 91st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual Genseral Meeting.

The details/disclosures, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (“SEBI Circular”), are provided in Annexure A .
