Dear Sir/Madam,

We are deeply saddened to announce the demise of Mr. Madhur Bajaj (DIN: 00014593), Director and Promoter of the Company, who passed away today, i.e., April 11, 2025.

Mr. Bajaj, who was also the former Vice Chairman of Bajaj Auto, had been associated with the Company as a Non-Executive Director since 1994. Over the years, he made invaluable contributions through his extensive knowledge, deep insight, and unwavering commitment to our core values. His visionary leadership and steadfast dedication significantly shaped and benefited the Company. His passing is an irreparable loss to his family, the Company, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

The Directors, Senior Management, and Employees of the Company convey their heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.
