Sub.: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Electricals Limited (“Company”)

Further to our letter dated May 25, 2021, we wish to inform you that, with effect from the start of business hours on July 1, 2021, Mr. E C Prasad has taken charge of the office of ‘Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel’ of the Company after the retirement of his predecessor, Mr. Anant Purandare, with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2021, upon his attaining the age of superannuation.

Consequent to the above, in place of Mr. Anant Purandare, Mr. E C Prasad has been made as one of the authorised officials with effect from July 1, 2021 for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( “SEBI Listing Regulations” ) to the stock exchange(s).

The other authorised officials for the purpose of determining materiality and making disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations would remain unchanged. A single point of contact pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations for all authorised officials is as provided below:
